LORD’S GYM PRICE HILL – SUMMER SPORTS SCHOOL
All Summer
For this summer, The Lord’s Gym is running a Summer Sports School on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 8 am-3:30 pm in East Price Hill for kids in the neighborhood. We are partnering with IDEA Price Hill. The address is 2800 Lehman Road for the outdoor training field in the mornings, and 2800 Glenway Avenue for the afternoon indoor training.
We need volunteers to work with the kids on soccer, basketball, speed/agility, and strength/conditioning training. There will be 30 boys in total entering grades 2-6. Volunteers can help a few sessions over the summer, 1x per week, or more – whatever fits with their summer schedule. We will take care of curriculum and instruction, but we could use some helpers who can take what we are teaching and work with kids 1-on-1 to learn fundamentals.
Contact Chris McNutt (cmcnutt@lordsgymministries.org / 703.822.3825) if interested.

GIVE BACK CINCINNATI
June 14, 2025
Paint the Town is Give Back Cincinnati’s largest event!
Each June, we collaborate with local businesses to revitalize a Cincinnati neighborhood by helping homeowners who are physically or financially unable to paint their homes. Volunteers come together to paint the exteriors of multiple homes at no cost to the homeowners. With support from corporate sponsors and passionate volunteers, this initiative fosters homeowner pride, improves property values, and creates a meaningful and rewarding experience for everyone involved.

If you are looking for a great summer job or volunteer experience, I highly recommend checking out Camp Stepping Stones – a summer camp for kids with disabilities. Both of my daughters initially volunteered there, then went on to become paid staff and supervisors. The had an amazing experience and the job served them well when they were looking at college and future careers.
Check out the information from Kate and these documents – VOLUNTEER INFO | JOB INFO. This is your chance to be hero to small child this summer!
Thanks,
Mr. Forman
