SHP Cincinnati (formerly Cincinnati East) is a chapter of Sleep In Heavenly Peace (www.shpbeds.org), a national 501(C)(3) non-profit organization that has helped over 256,000 kids get off the floor and into a new bed of their own. Our chapter was started in January 2024 and we serve children in need in Hamilton County and Northern Kentucky. We are an all-volunteer organization.
WHAT WE DO
We use teams of volunteers to help hand-build, deliver, and assemble ready-to-sleep-in beds to kids in need. During our first year, we built and delivered 250 beds across Hamilton County and northern Kentucky, and are aiming to build and deliver 500 more beds in 2025. We have hundreds of bed requests our ever-growing waitlist.
