SHP – Cincinnati

Special thanks to Elder High School’s Community Service program for graciously hosting our Chapter’s landing page.

SHP Cincinnati is a chapter of Sleep In Heavenly Peace (www.shpbeds.org), a national 501(C)(3) non-profit organization that has helped over 295,000 kids get off the floor and into a new bed of their own.  Our chapter was started in January 2024 and we serve children in need in Hamilton County and Northern Kentucky.  We are an all-volunteer organization.

WHAT WE DO
We use teams of volunteers to help hand-build, deliver, and assemble ready-to-sleep-in beds to kids in need.  As of October 2025, we’ve built and delivered 900 beds across Hamilton County and northern Kentucky, and are on target to delivery our 1000th bed by the end of the year.   We have hundreds of bed requests on our ever-growing waitlist.
