People are drawn to Oliver because of his personality, kindness, and maturity. He takes his work and extra-curricular activities very seriously which has led to success in and out of the classroom. He always has a smile on his face and has a great sense of humor as well. Oliver has taken full advantage of what Elder has to offer and will be a great success in whatever he chooses to do. Tyler’s nominators said: “Tyler Lorenzen is a young man full of character and integrity and would go out of his way for anyone. He cares deeply about others and the world we live in and his passion for the earth led him to make art about it. He visited the Cincinnati Reuse & Recycling Hub, a place in lower Price Hill that recycles many, many items that Rumpke can’t, with the initial intention to find materials to make art with. Congratulations to Lincoln Edwards ’27 for being recognized as a Server Of The Week! Lincoln is always ready to help the environment. He will cut your grass or build you a fence, everything he does is for the good of others. When we went to Western Wildlife Corridor to clean up the greenspace they protect, it became very clear that this is the environment Lincoln loves to serve in. Through his love of the outdoors, it may not obvious that he’s serving others directly, but he serves others by beautifying spaces enjoyed by others. Congratulations to Gage Frodorf ’26 for being recognized as a Server Of The Week! Gage is the president of Elder’s fishing club. Besides being a top-notch angler, he is also a fantastic student leader in the classroom, with sports, and the fishing club. Gage is a positive force at Elder, who always helps his fellow students learn the ins and outs of fishing, welcomes new students into the club, and is instrumental in providing a fun and respectful environment for new students.
